Today I went shopping with Mr Moon-Junior. Admittedly, he actually preferred to stay at home and play, but he needed new gym shoes – so we had to go.
Luckily Mr Moon-Junior was given a voucher for new gym shoes by his granny on his first day at school. Therefore, we went to that shop the voucher was from and asked for indoor gym shoes. After that he also tried a pair of outdoor trainers. Both pairs had a reasonable and with the voucher affordable price and we wanted to buy them (both!). Some Euros were still left from the voucher, so Mr Moon-Junior could choose one more gift and he went for a pair of wristlets with the emblem of his favorite football club.
But that wasn’t all: when we paid for all this, we (or better: Mr Moon-Junior) got a 200 g and a 50 g chocolate Easter bunny. Jummy! He was so proud of all this. But he would not be Mr Moon-Junior, had he not given the smaller Easter bunny to Miss Venus and parts of the bigger one to his mum (thank you, Mr Moon-Junior).
I was astonished and I think that shop must be really desperate that they give away so many things just to keep their customers.
